Applying for a BeamLED.com Trade Account is both quick and easy.
- Step 1: Complete and submit our Trade Account Application Form.
- Step 2: Once we have submitted your application for a BeamLED.com Trade Account you will receive an email from your dedicated Account Manager. You will be asked to provide ONE of the below so we can ensure you are eligible for a trade account.
- Company Registration Number
- VAT Registration Number
- NICEIC Registration Number
- NIPIT Number
- Proof of address (e.g. utility bill less than 6 months old)
- Step 3: Login with your new account details to access trade exclusive discounts and benefits.

We will now process your application within 48 hours. If the application is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your login details. You’ll then be able to use your account to access all of the brilliant benefits that come with the BeamLED.com Trade Account.

- Where are you based? Can I Collect?
Our Head Office is located in Burnley, Lancashire - though we do have a number of distribution centres that span the UK, Europe and the United States. Although we do not offer a collection service at this time, there are a number of delivery options available to you that will get your goods to you ASAP.
- When will you deliver?
That is completely up to you! Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days following payment and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. But if you need your goods delivered faster, or want to request a specific date for them to arrive, just get in touch and we will strive to do the very best to meet your requirements.
- Can I pay extra for delivery?
As a trade customer, there are a number of different options available to you, including a next business day option to most locations. Ask your account manager to see which option suits you best, we are sure there will be something that suits your needs.
- Can I have my goods delivered direct to site?
At BeamLED we understand that tradespeople are busy people. To make things easier for you, we offer the option of having your goods delivered straight to site; helping you to save time and money.
- Can I put items on hold for delivery at a later date?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee stock holding for delayed orders. Delayed orders will need to be placed on the system for Next Day Delivery. For more information on delayed deliveries, please speak to your dedicated accounts manager.
- Are there any further discounts on larger orders?
At BeamLED we want to offer the best prices first! To do this, we regularly check our prices against our competitors in order to guarantee you the lowest prices available. But it can't hurt to ask your account manager if there is a better deal we could offer.
- Do I get an extra 5% discount on items if they are already on sale?
Unfortunately, your trade discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (e.g. voucher codes, promotional incentives)
